Puerts WebGL Support

com.tencent.puerts.webgl is an OpenUPM Unity package. Use PuerTS in WebGL mode. Javascript code will run in browser's JS environment and get speed up by JIT.

Install this package from the OpenUPM scoped registry with the instructions on this page, or use openupm-cli to update Packages/manifest.json.
