SiPVLib Utilities

com.sipvlib.utilities is an OpenUPM Unity package. General-purpose singleton base classes (Singleton, MonoSingleton), extension methods for classes/longs/GameObjects, and misc utilities (retry backoff, sub-asset attribute) used across SiPVLib.

Install this package from the OpenUPM scoped registry with the instructions on this page, or use openupm-cli to update Packages/manifest.json.
